The hotel had excellent transportation options with a shuttle that runs every hour to and from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the jacuzzi and gym, were perfect for a layover stay. The wifi worked perfectly, and the hotel restaurant served delicious food, although it was a bit pricey. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast selection was great with a variety of options.

If you're someone who values being in direct touch with nature, then this hotel may not be your first choice. However, if you're looking for a convenient location near the airport and shopping malls, this hotel is a good option. It's not so close to the airport, but there are regular buses that can easily take you to the nearest metro station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a minibar offering a good selection. The breakfast is delicious and there is free WiFi available.
The communication with the hotel could use improvement. Some guests mentioned difficulties in reaching the hotel in advance by phone to arrange shuttle services from the airport.
